Michael Chant is the director of Transformate.  He has had many years of experience leading organisations and advising them.

His background includes

As a chief Executive of a number of organisations, he has had extensive experience in developing business strategies, applying and successfully implementing those.  In some cases he has created strategies for the very first time, while in others it has required working with existing plans. He is experienced in working with management teams to establish and apply those objectives and to lead and guide the team through significant change periods.

His various roles have required the creation and implementation of strict budgets and controls.  He has also served on boards, so he understands what is required from both sides of that divide and is fully cognisant with what is required to ensure robust governance.  He is a Facilitative Leader who knows how to bring out the best in people.
